1. Who We Are
bunniegirl.com is a curated resale shop offering a small, rotating selection of vintage and pre-owned designer pieces. We are not an authorized reseller of, nor affiliated with, any of the brands featured on this site.
2. Products & Availability
Every piece is one-of-one. Once an item sells, it’s gone — we do not restock identical items. Product descriptions, condition notes, and measurements are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur, particularly with vintage and pre-owned goods.
All items are inspected and authenticated to the best of our ability prior to listing. In the rare event an item’s authenticity is credibly disputed after sale, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss.
3. Purchases & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is not accepted or guaranteed until we confirm it (typically via order confirmation email) and process payment. Because every piece is one-of-one, availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed — in the rare case an item sells out or becomes unavailable before your order is confirmed, we will notify you and issue a full refund. We accept payment by credit/debit card and other methods made available through Stripe at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by placing an order, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are listed on our Store Policies page. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Once an item ships, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Risk of loss and responsibility for the item passes to you once it is delivered to the shipping carrier — we are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged after that point, though we ship insured and tracked whenever possible.
5. Returns & Refunds
We’re a small shop, and because each piece is unique and sold in limited quantity, we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed, except where required by law. Condition is disclosed in detail on each listing, including any flaws or wear — if you have any concerns before buying, please email us at [email protected] and we’re happy to answer questions.
6. International & Out-of-Area Orders
We currently ship within the contiguous United States, and internationally to Canada, Europe, and Hong Kong only. International packages are shipped via FedEx. For Hawaii or Alaska, please email [email protected] before ordering — we’re happy to arrange it in most cases. We are unable to ship to any other international destination at this time. Any approved out-of-area or international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes assessed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These shipments are sent at the buyer’s risk — once a package leaves the country, delivery timelines, customs handling, and any loss or damage in transit are outside our control.
7. Consignment
If you consign an item with us, the following applies in addition to these Terms:
- We review and price submitted items based on brand, condition, and current market demand. Not all submitted items are accepted.
- Consignors keep 70% of the final sale price.
- Payout is issued after the item sells and the return window (if any) has closed.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us; we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.
- We reserve the right to decline or return any item that does not meet our authentication or condition standards.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site’s normal operation.
9. Intellectual Property
The bunnie girl name, logo, product photography, written descriptions, and all other website content are the property of bunniegirl.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- bunniegirl.com is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
- We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold bunniegirl.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, postal or carrier disruptions, labor disputes, or other events of a similar nature.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
